Jerry Henry is available as a clinician or guest director for your student ensembles.  His varied background and his extensive experience with age groups from fourth grade through high school and college make him an excellent choice to work with your ensembles in settings large and small.  His high energy and positive approach create a tremendous learning environment.   Clinics can be constructed to work with students on specific skills, or to introduce the teacher to a wide range of strategies which will work with their group.

Jerry has served as a clinician and guest director for a number of orchestral programs in and around the state of Iowa and Western Illinois.  2010 marked the fourth time he was invited to be a director of at  the Kennedy Honor Orchestra Festival in Cedar Rapids.  Other recent appearances include guest conducting for Linn-Mar high school's chamber orchestra, at the Bradley Orchestra Festival and guest conducting the Muscatine Symphony in 2009 as well as being the guest clinician and conductor for Dubuque's city festival orchestra in 2008.   He has worked with over a dozen high school groups and a similar number of intermediate orchestras in the past two years.  References are available upon request.
